That's Factopus, a bite-sized learning app you subscribed to on our website. VVDev LLC is the company behind Factopus, so its name comes first on the statement.

Cancel your subscription

Enter the email you used at checkout, and we'll send you a link to your subscriptions. Cancel any of them there. It takes a minute. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and canceling Factopus Pro also cancels Insights.

Bought Factopus in the App Store

Apple bills those subscriptions, so there won't be a VVDEV line on your statement. You'll see an Apple charge instead. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, Factopus and Cancel Subscription. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Common questions

Right after checkout we offer two extras: Insights ($19.99 every 4 weeks) and the e-book ($9.99 once). If you added one, it shows up as a separate charge next to Factopus Pro.

If you didn't mean to add it, write to us and we'll refund it.

Search your inbox for "Factopus": we email you after each purchase. Someone in your family may also have used your card.

If you're still not sure, email us with the date and amount, and we'll check it and refund it if it shouldn't be there.

Once we approve it, the money goes back to the same card. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days, though some are quicker.

Charges stop, and you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Canceling Factopus Pro also cancels Insights, so it won't renew on its own.

Check your spam folder and make sure you entered the same email you used at checkout. If it still isn't there, email us and we'll cancel it for you.
